A brief presentation on the work of the MN Sustainable Development Group in fulfilling the organization’s mission of creating a local-sustainable food system. It covers four basic need areas: policy, infra-structure, protein needs, and season extension.

The U of M has provided support with projects, such as, the Agritecture Workshop last fall at the Humphrey School of Public Affairs.
